In order to fill out an application for our loan, you need to be eligible to apply. There are certain conditions that must be met and it is important you go through them so as to know the relevant documents to present when you come down to our office.

For permanent residents and Singaporeans;

You must be 18 years or older to apply.
You must bring along your NIRC and Singpass.

For foreigners who live within Singapore;

You must be 18 years or older to apply.

You must be working and living in Singapore.

Proof of employment e.g. employment contract, work permit, S or E pass
Proof of residency for example tenancy agreement or a bill addressed to you the applicant.
Passport
Proof of income, for example, your latest payslip at least 3 months back.
